Are you ready for Funen's biggest CrossFit competition? Sweat, high pulse and smiles are promised at Torvet in Nyborg.
Rise of the kingdom invites in 2024 to Funen's biggest functional fitness event in the heart of Nyborg on 8-9 June 2024.
'Rise of the kingdom' (ROK) consists of two one-day competitions, where teams of two mixes compete.
Saturday: Team RX(Elite) (mix) + Team Master 35+ (mix, interm.) +Team Master 45+ (Mix, RX.)
Sunday: Team intermediate (mix) + Team Scaled (mix)
