Join a free recreational cycle tour around East Funen on your own bike. Every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30 AM, starting from 'Lauses Grill' at Vesterhavnen in Nyborg.
Together with other cycling enthusiasts, local guides from 'Ældresagen Nyborg Ullerslev' will take you on an exploration of Nyborg and East Funen as the tours pass through the beautiful East Funen landscape. Meeting time is 5–10 minutes before the start. We encourage everyone to wear a bicycle helmet during the ride.

Together with other cyclists, local guides from Ældresagen Nyborg Ullerslev will take you on an adventure through Nyborg and East Funen as the routes pass through the beautiful landscape. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the start. We encourage everyone to wear a helmet while riding. The tours follow varying routes. Tuesday rides are approx. 25–35 km, while Thursday rides are approx. 10–15 km.

Running and walking tours in Nyborg with local guides
Every Monday and Wednesday in June, July, and August, anyone looking for an active evening is welcome to walk or run with other happy enthusiasts from NG&IF. We meet at the Sports Center (Idrætscenteret), Storebæltsvej 13, in the corridor to the right of the swimming pool and the reception in the lobby. We start at 6:00 PM; please bring your own gear. In return, we offer great company and groups to suit all fitness levels.
